Set out on a number of levels, the gardens display multi-coloured beds and cascades of all type of flowers, forming attractive splashes of colours of the classical Mediterranean vegetation.

The Castle itself is a solid composite construction dominated by a 16th-century tower which holds infacts a structure whose origins go back 2000 years, as witnesses by the commemorative stone placed there in the 3rd century to mark a visit by the Emperor Diocletian.

A path running through the gardens leads directly to a private beach below.
